Momma is home and doing very well.  She is happy with the results.

The surgery went very well.

They did the double mastectomy and removed three Lymph Nodes.  They did not see any cancer in the in the Lymph nodes, but it will take a week to get the final results back.

She is still in recovery and will need to be in the hospital for 1 or 2 more days.

Nancy’s Tumor has shrunk by 60% according to the MRI.  The Doctor measured the tumor at 2 cm by 2 cm with very soft edges.  She will see the Surgeon in about 3 weeks to schedule and plan for the Surgery.

SO FAR GRAND TOTAL IS $1,675.55, but we still have some things we will be able to sell.  Congrats Everyone!

We have also been able to get some discounts for paying off medical bills in full.

Nancy DOES NOT have the Cancer Gene. Hooray!  The rest of the family does not need to get tested because Nancy was at the highest risk for having the gene.

Well it is official!  All the hard work and love that Nancy Jo does for others is coming back to her!  The Fish Fry that took place this past Sunday at the Ribbon Room was a great success!  We were able to raise $2,666.00!  That puts us on the right path to get to our goal!

The response was overwhelming!   You could feel the positive energy in the room!  Everyone was there for Nancy Jo and that was all that mattered!

Big THANK YOU to the owner of the Ribbon Room and Nancy Jo’s best friend Carolyn Tomasic!  This was her idea!  We just spread the word.  Carolyn is a big part of  Nancy’s life and they love each other very much!
